Set up validation rules to ensure lead quality before processing.

Validation rules help you catch invalid or low-quality leads before they reach your CRM.
Built-in Validations
Ledly includes these validations by default:

| Email Format | Checks for valid email syntax |
| Email Domain | Blocks disposable email domains |
| Phone Format | Validates phone number format |
| Required Fields | Ensures required fields are present |
Custom Validation Rules
Create custom rules in Settings → Validation Rules:
Email Domain Whitelist
Only accept leads from specific email domains:
@company.edu
@university.orgPhone Country Codes
Accept only specific country codes:
+1 (USA/Canada)
+44 (UK)Program Code Validation
Ensure program codes match your active programs.
Handling Invalid Leads
When a lead fails validation:
- Reject: Return an error to the source
- Flag: Accept but mark for review
- Transform: Apply a fix automatically
Configure the behavior in Settings → Validation Behavior.
