Validation rules help you catch invalid or low-quality leads before they reach your CRM.

Built-in Validations

Ledly includes these validations by default:

Custom Validation Rules

Create custom rules in SettingsValidation Rules:

Email Domain Whitelist

Only accept leads from specific email domains:

@company.edu
@university.org

Phone Country Codes

Accept only specific country codes:

+1 (USA/Canada)
+44 (UK)

Program Code Validation

Ensure program codes match your active programs.

Handling Invalid Leads

When a lead fails validation:

  1. Reject: Return an error to the source
  2. Flag: Accept but mark for review
  3. Transform: Apply a fix automatically
